Boneless Pork Ribs
Submitted by Jeff Blancett of Fernley, NV
2 boneless pork ribs that you get from Costco, you know the kind that's about an 1 1/2 " thick and about 4 " long, 1st split them to where they are about 3/4 " thick, now you have 4 pork ribs. Take the 4 pieces and fork both sides like you are tenderizing, then take a sharp knife and cross slice about a 1/4 " deep on both sides making the slices about 1" apart, do not slice completely through.
Now place prepared cuts of ribs side by side in a flat tupperware container.
Now stir up the Absurd Marinade and spoon out about a 1/4 " layer completely covering the ribs, then place the lid on making sure it is on tight
then place in the refrigerator overnite, next morning either flip the ribs by turning the container upside down or remove the lid and flip the ribs making sure to push the ribs down into the marinate, place the cover back on and return container to the refrigerator.
You can marinate for another 24 hours or do what I did, come 3pm, ribs were on the grill, start out at low heat to seal the flavor, flip the ribs when browned, then when you flip the ribs again pour and brush on what's still in the tupperware container but save some for the final flip, now crank up the heat and brush or pour on the last of the Absurd Marinade onto the ribs, after 2 - 4 minutes remove and savor the flavor,Bon Appeteet!
